HOW INVOLVED IS THE VOLUMA™ PROCEDURE?

When administered properly by Dr. Nathan Eberle in our Weston office, the Voluma™ procedure is minimally invasive, quick, easy and virtually painless. Voluma™ is injected directly into the desired areas of the skin using a refined injection process. Patients are welcome to request topical anesthesia, though it is often unnecessary. Because there is no required recovery period, patients are free to return to their daily activities immediately.

HOW LONG IS THE RECOVERY PERIOD FOLLOWING VOLUMA™?

There is no recovery period following the Voluma™ injections. Patients are welcome to return to their everyday routine immediately following the procedure. Dental work and massage should be avoided for two weeks following the procedure. Though some patients may experience swelling, redness, itching or tenderness at the injection site, these side effects are temporary and will subside in a few days.

HOW MUCH DOES VOLUMA™ COST?

The cost of Voluma™ varies from patient to patient. Some patients require multiple injections throughout different areas of the cheeks or mid-face area, whereas others choose to only administer one injection per visit. Oftentimes, patients opt to combine this procedure with another dermal filler treatment, further altering the final cost. Financing is available.
