Gynecomastia
Gynecomastia is a medical term
that comes from the Greek words for "women-like
breasts." The condition affects an estimated
40-60 percent of men, and often makes them feel
self-conscious of their appearance. Gynecomastia
Correction Surgery, also known as male breast
reduction, removes fat and/or glandular tissue
from the breasts and, in extreme cases, excess
skin can be removed, resulting in a flatter, firmer
and more contoured chest. The best candidates
for surgery have firm, elastic skin that will
reshape to the body's new contours.
